┃ Delivery method

The delivery method is the method specified by our shop, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose it.

┃ Delivery time

1.We can't accept delivery dates requested by the customer for products shipped directly from overseas.
2.For products sold normally, we can accept delivery dates and times requested. If you wish to specify the delivery date and time, please fill in the special notes column for the shop in the cart. If your request doesn't meet the specified delivery date and time, the product will be delivered in the shortest time.

┃ About refund

We don't accept returns or cancellations after ordering due to customer's convenience. We can accept refunds or returns when any of the following are true:

Concerning to 1 and 2, you are requested a proof photo.

1. When a product that got delivered was different from your order
2. When there is evidence that the product has been used, or when the product is damaged or defective
3. When the product goes missing during shipping
4. Please contact us within 10 days from delivery with the photo attached below.
